Letter Gifting Car What Can They Do If U Have A Default Final Judgement B/c Of A Repoed Car? Can They Garnish Wages? Anyone Know?

What can they do if u have a default final judgement b/c of a repoed car? Can they garnish wages? anyone know? - letter gifting car

I received a letter in which there was a failure because of me and finally I had to pay them .. but I can not afford right now. Can I take the car? or supplement my wages? Can they do anything? Ultimately, what? My car buy here pay here .. and referred back to it if I need a new car as a gift from my grandparents. Then the car sells for $ 800 and told me I had the balance .. I struggled for a year of payments, and just had a baby so I can not really understand the payments on time .. so I stopped paying ... and I have this letter .... I was scared .. I'm in trouble?

If the letter was a court, it is a decision against him. You may be able to obtain a warrant to use your wages or bank account. You can not have a property that you own, unless they have a warrant. Courts generally do not order the seizure of property or money, if not in court, probably was an attempt to pay fear.

Look for small print on the bottom. If "This is an attempt to collect a debt ............" then it is only an attempt to reap about.

You always need money, and should make every effort to make the money back. Send something to the dealer, but not paid in full each month. The best way to solve this problem is that you must pay.
