Clonazepam / Klonopin .5mg - Stopping treatment.? - clonazepam restless leg

I was prescribed this for Restless Legs / insomnia.
It works well with few side effects, but it is known that training Habbit.

I take before bed, 5 mg once daily.
Can someone tell me ...
1. As used long before the body "is" to them and ineffective?
2. How can I treat - the withdrawal is wrong with this dose?
