Use NVEY Eco Certified Organic Creme Deluxe Foudnation fluid rather than hydration of the Foundation?
Can be used without a moisturizer?

Use only water
Depending on whether you have nourishing oils Cream Foundation - (if you can not use a moisturizer. Check the ingredients.
Also, try and if it is dry it feels like I can be and you need both.
I have dry skin and use a moisturizer and then use an oil base (in a tube) was founded.
